Clark & Company was founded by Jason Clark, a seasoned attorney and visionary committed to making legal and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services clear, accessible, and grounded in integrity. With a career spanning more than a decade in both legal practice and ADR, Jason recognized a common challenge: too many people face legal issues feeling overwhelmed, misinformed, or without proper representation when it matters most.
